To ask your question kindly press an (ask a question) big button or a pen icon that float on your right down, make sure you are login for you to post a question
type your question title in the question title field =>then choose the question category=>type your question in the details => you can also add a featured image, a tag as well attach your question if possible, click publish your question if everything in place to post your question.
